Question: How can I find the balance on my account? Thank-you!

Answer: The easiest way is to phone your school's cafeteria and ask for the manager. We track each days usage, from what was eaten to the amount used "ol' school" with pencil and paper. There is no online real-time balance process or site established.

Question: Can I use my balance to just purchase milk?

Answer: Yes! A $50 balance divided by .35 cents is 142 days worth of milk (250ml) Ta da! Tell the manager of your usage plan too.

Question: I would like to pay for my son Ryan's meals via visa. The lowest plan on your site is $50.00 and says 5$ a day. My son's lunch is less than $5 daily and he only eats lunch?

Answer: $5/day is an approximation with recess and lunch snacks included. So it won't work out to a posted meal price exactly. You buy a pre-paid amount that is not meal specific or time specific (daily or monthly).  You may even get "loyalty points" for it from your credit card! The balance is good for breakfast, lunch, snacks, or any other combination. The balance is good for ten months of the current school year and needs to be used by mid June.

Question: Are any type of tickets involved?

Answer: There are no tickets involved.

Question:  I have 2 children…are both able to purchase meals from the same account?

Answer: Yes both kids can use the same balance! Hooray! You will get a chance to assign names and name the school/work place, during shopping cart process. You will get an order confirmation emailed to you, showing the amount paid, and who has been assigned to use the balance 

Question: Prices don't match? My school sent home the price of the daily meals multiplied by five (5). How do I purchase this option on your site?

Answer: This option is not available online. You can continue to pay by cash for the specific meals on specific days weeks if you would like. Lunchgoupie is another option for people who have time-constraints and/or do not want to write cheques every other week.

Question:  My son has just started Grade 9...If I purchase 4 weeks of lunches can he just get lunch whenever he wants or do I need to pick the days ahead of time?

Answer: Both!  We give you the flexibility of returning a menu to the cafeteria manager with your meal choices circled, OR:  leave it up to your son to choose the healthy meal or feature/option meal of the day. And don't worry, our managers are very wise and will never sell 25 cookies to one student ;-)

Question:  How does the cafeteria know that he has paid?

Answer:  You will get an order confirmation emailed to you, showing the amount paid, and who has been assigned to use the balance. (You will get a chance to assign names and name the school/work place, during shopping cart process.) You print the order confirmation email, and your child (or you) bring it to the cafeteria manager, where we keep this on file and manage a declining balance until your lunch balance reaches around $10..then they will tell your child to re-order again!  Important: Only when the manager receives the "printed order confirmation email", will your balance be activated at the specific cafeteria and your child able to utilize it.

Question:  Hello, I'm a parent new to elementary...If I buy a 2 week meal plan, does it have to be used in the 2 weeks, or can my daughter use it 2-3 times a week and  extend the 2 weeks to a month or so?
